Fixed or added content:

1. Options are now accessible in the paused menu during gameplay.
2. Added a Mouse Sensitivity Option to the Main Menu and Pause Menu (special thanks to user rageoak for bringing the issue to my attention). 
3. Addressed some general minor issues observed in various gameplay sessions.
